Exercise is an important routine to incorporate into everyday life to maintain functional capabilities. It is important to understand your saftey and limitaions during exercise. The information below provides you with some tips on how to increase your safety so that you can enjoy and gain results from your exercise. 

 

Safety Measures

 

~Complete exercises in a furniture free space to allow for adequate movement

~Complete exercises on a hardword floor to increase fall prevention

~Have someone at home when completing the exercises

~Know your limits. If you feel unsafe or experience pain, stop! 

~Drink a lot of water and eat healthy

-Complete warm-ups and cool-downs, they are the most important part of the work out! 

 

If you injure yourself at any point while using this exercise program contact your physicians and intructors immediatley.
