Sit to Stand transfers are very important to practice. The videos in this segement progress from the easiest to most difficult transfers you will encounter.

The exercises included in this segment include:
-Pelvic Bridging
-Pelvic Rotation
-Bed Mobility, Rolling
This progression of walking strategies was developed to break down the different aspects of walking. The four strategies included are:
-Big Steps, Big Arms
-Walking with U-turns
-Tandum Walking
-Walking with Head Turns
