This exercise will be completed while laying on the floor, so make sure you have a soft surface. When completing this exercise, don't forget to breathe deeply, and hold the position until you feel a good stretch.
This exercise will be completed while kneeling on the floor, so make sure you have a soft surface.
The following exercises can be done in both sitting and standing. If you are feeling like you need a little challenge, fastforward to the standing exercises.

This stretch this for your chest and arms. You will need to find an empty corner in your house, and use the walls to support you.
