Upper Arm Strength
Squat
Exercises
For these exercises you will need a sturdy surface such as a chair. The exercises included in this video are:
-Wall Squats
-Free Standing Squats with Hand Supports
-Free Standing Squats
For these exercises you will need a long handled stick (such as a broom), and a free weight (can of soup, water bottle). The exercises included are:
-Shoulder Press
-Rowing
This segement contains videos of both toe and calf (heel) raises. For both of these exercises, you will need a sturdy support surface.
When doing this exercise, ensure that you are close enough to the wall and you are wearing shoes that will not slip on the floor.

Diagonal Extension
Corner
Stretch
This stretch this for your chest and arms. You will need to find an empty corner in your house, and use the walls to support you.
Diagonal extension is a great exercise for strengthening your core muscles. It will be difficult at first, but stick with it! You will be on the floor, so make sure you are on a soft surface.
