Breathing Exercises
These breathing exercises are done in both sitting and standing positions. Remember, try to breathe like this while completing your exercises to get enough oxygen to your lungs and muscles.
In this video you will find exercises for both the neck and trunk.

The following exercises can be done in both sitting and standing. If you are feeling like you need a little challenge, fastforward to the standing exercises.

Warm-Up and Cool Down
You should always complete a warm-up and cool down. These exercises will help you to prepare and recovery from this exercise program. If you would like, you may also go for a walk at the beginning or end of the program.

For these exercises you will need two chairs. The video includes exercises for the Hamstrings, Quadriceps and Calf muscles.
This stretch this for your chest and arms. You will need to find an empty corner in your house, and use the walls to support you.
